Accessibility

A site everyone can use.

We want buying a grill to work whether you use a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader, or voice control. We’re not perfect yet, and we’d rather tell you where we stand than pretend otherwise.

Our commitment

The standard we aim for.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That means working toward content that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for as many people as possible.

What we’ve done

Measures in place.

  • Semantic headings and landmark regions for navigation.
  • Labels tied to every form field.
  • Color choices checked for AA text contrast.
  • Keyboard access to the core shopping flow.
Known limitations

What we’re still improving.

We’re actively working on a few known gaps — including a skip-to-content link, full keyboard focus trapping in the cart drawer and overlays, and clearer screen-reader announcements for star ratings and cart updates. If you hit a barrier we haven’t listed, please tell us.

Tell us

Report a problem.

If something on this site is hard or impossible to use, email ignite@gathergrills.com with the page and what went wrong, and we’ll work to fix it and help you complete what you were trying to do in the meantime. You can also reach a real person by phone during shop hours.

Still need help?

We’re four people in a workshop. Real ones answer.

The fastest way to reach us is email — Mike or Sam will write back within a business day. Phone is on when the shop is open. We’re in Ellaville, Georgia and we keep Eastern hours.
