Every Gather is welded by hand from 304 stainless and tested before it leaves the shop. If anything’s not right, we make it right. Here’s exactly what’s covered, what isn’t, and what to do if you need us.

Coverage starts the day your grill arrives and runs from there. Register below so we have your build on file if you ever need to call.

Ancillary components
Smoking Hood, propane insert, charcoal basket, hood handles, and side wings. Two full years against manufacturer defect.
1year
Accessories
Pizza stones, scrapers, tongs, ash drawers. One year against any defect that makes them not work as designed.

- ·Wear-and-tear on HDPE wings beyond UV-stability claims (10+ years)

How a claim works.

Email or call
Send a photo, your order number, and a quick note about what happened. We'll respond within one business day.

We diagnose
Most issues we can confirm from photographs. If it's structural, we may ask for a second angle.

Repair or replacement
We send the replacement part or arrange a full unit swap. White-glove return freight included on warranty replacements.
