The Tailgater, Pioneer, and Reunion are welded and assembled by hand in Ellaville, Georgia after you order them. Because each is made to order, dispatch takes 6–8 weeks. The Mini is kept in stock and dispatches from Ellaville in 4–5 business days; it is manufactured overseas, not made to order. We do our best to show accurate prices, descriptions, and availability, but we may correct errors, change prices, or update specifications at any time before your order ships.

Orders are placed and paid through our checkout, which is operated by Shopify; you can also choose to pay over time at checkout with Shop Pay or Affirm where available. Your order is an offer to buy, and a sale is confirmed when we accept it and charge your payment method. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is mispriced or unavailable — and if we do, we’ll refund any charge.

The Tailgater, Pioneer, and Reunion ship by freight; the Mini ships by UPS. Lead times, freight options, and delivery-day details — including what to do if a crate arrives damaged — are on our shipping & freight page. Please inspect a freight delivery before signing for it.

Freight transit takes roughly 3–5 business days after dispatch. All accessories, including chairs and prep tables, dispatch within 5 business days. Mixed orders ship together unless you request otherwise in the order notes.

Grill delivery to the lower 48 is a flat rate: Mini $199.99 by UPS; Tailgater $299.99, Pioneer $399.99, and Reunion $699.99 by curbside freight. Accessory shipping is shown at checkout. Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii require a quote before checkout. Contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order for those destinations.

Every grill comes with a 60-day trial from delivery. You can cook on it during the trial — used grills are eligible. If it isn’t right for you, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Original packaging is required for a return, so keep the packaging your grill arrived in. We arrange and pay for return freight. Contact us at ignite@gathergrills.com to start a return. Accessories are final sale — if one arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Cancel any order for a full refund before it ships. No cancellation fees. This applies to all grills and accessories, including built-to-order grills after fabrication begins. Email ignite@gathergrills.com with your order number before shipment. After shipment, the separate return policy above applies. This does not affect your rights under our warranty or applicable consumer-protection law.

Our coverage — five years structural and cooking, two years on ancillary components, and one year on accessories — is described in full on our warranty page. The warranty is the complete statement of our obligations for defects.

The content on this site — text, photography, and the Gather Grills name and marks — is ours and may not be copied or used without permission. Please use the site lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt it.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
