What makes the Gather Grill special?
The Gather Grill turns your entire evening into an experience. Cooking dinner becomes a shared endeavor, with people sitting around the table enjoying food as soon as it comes off the grill. The grill and griddle is actually a lazy Susan, so the grill can spin all the way around.
The Gather Grill is extremely versatile. Want to slow cook brisket or ribs? You can do that with the grill and the smoker hood. Want to make breakfast over the fire? Cook up those eggs, bacon, and pancakes on the griddle. Grilling steaks? Oh yeah. Baking a pie? Of course! And once the food is all done, you can remove the grill and griddle to create a wide-open fire pit.
Not only is each Gather Grill flexible, but they are also built with the highest quality standards. Built with 304 Stainless Steel and Ipe Brazilian hardwood, these grills are meant to last a lifetime. It’s the last firepit/grill/griddle/smoker you’ll ever need.
A Tabletop Grill, Right-Sized for You
The Tailgater starts with the 28″ fire bowl and can accommodate any combination of two grill grates, griddles, or hoods. When the table wings are extended, it brings the total diameter to 61 inches and it can sit 7 people. The adjustable legs allow you to set the table height between 28″-34”. The total weight of the Tailgater is 280 pounds, but it disassembles and reassembles for easier transport.
Don’t Underestimate the Tailgater
The Tailgater is our smallest grill, but it is still a mighty outdoor cooking powerhouse. It features 615 square inches of grilling capacity and 307 square inches of baking or smoking space. It can cook up to 25 burgers at the same time. The Tailgater can handle 14 rib-eyes, two Boston Butts, two racks of ribs or one brisket.
Stainless Steel or IPE Brazilian Hardwood?
Tables are available in either Stainless Steel or Ipe Brazilian hardwood. The 304 Stainless Steel gives the grill a rugged, commercial look that will last for years. The steel holds more heat than the Ipe Hardwood, so we recommend using coasters and placemats for a better dining experience. The extra warmth can be great for cooler climates.
Ipe Brazilian hardwood is premium table top and built from one of the best wood products on the planet. It is resistant to rot, weather, and fire. The wood is twice as dense as most other woods and lasts for decades with proper care. Ipe wood also stays cooler than steel and provides a warm and beautiful look to your firepit table.
